It's a party on wheels! Each Ebird is a pedal-powered bicycle with an assisted motor that can help assist with small climbs. Each Ebird can be rented out for special occasions like birthday parties, bachelorette parties, corporate outings...or just a fun day or night out with friends! Each tour may vary from 1 to 3 hours long. The Ebird Express requires a minimum of 1 rider with a maximum of 15, If you book individual seats you may be combined with other groups.
You can either book all 15 seats at a reduced price per seat of $34.99 or click on the "Private Rentals" button under "Book Now" tab. Either way, to keep the event private...you will be paying for all 15 seats. We just require you to have a minimum of 6 people to help if you prefer to pedal. Otherwise pedaling is not necessary.
We provide a 15-passenger Ebird Express party bike with an onboard cooler filled with ice and bottled water with plenty of room to store your own beverages. For our 2 and 3 hour tours, we provide a trained driver with a safety monitor / hyper person to help get the party going.
Bluetooth radio to pair your choice of music with multi-color LED Lights throughout the Ebird.
In case you like to sing, each Ebird will be equipped with a flat screen tv and dual microphones for karaoke singing.
Helmets are available and (optional)
For private rentals only, you have the option to decorate the Ebird for your occasion.
NO! Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at the moment from ANY third party agencies. If you would like to purchase one, it must be done through our website by our contact form which you can find in the menu bar.
The Ebird Express always has a Bluetooth speaker on board. You can bring a phone with a playlist and connect...but we'll control the volume and ensure we are respectful of our neighbors!
On the Ebird Express, "only" when booking our 3-Hr Ultimate Experience Tours passengers are welcome to bring their own alcohol, provided it is in cans or boxes, and fits in a normal cup holder, with a limit of 3 drinks per person. Please bring only what you intend to consume during the journey, as we cannot permit any alcohol to be taken back. Don't worry, though, as each location offers a complimentary drink promotion, ensuring you'll have plenty to enjoy. We encourage responsible drinking throughout the journey.
WARNING !!! ANYTHING OVERSIZE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE CART. ALL BEVERAGES MUST FIT IN A NORMAL CUP HOLDER.
It's a form that all passengers must read and sign before the tour starts. Your tour operator will have hard copies on hand, for you to sign. If you choose not to sign, you will not be able to ride the Ebird Express. We encourage all passengers to read our liability waiver before purchasing their tickets. You may find this waiver on our website, under "MENU" top of page.
Age requirements for tours vary depending on whether alcohol is served. If alcohol is present, participants must be 21 years or older. However, at Ebird Express, we provide tours tailored to accommodate all ages.
Yes! as long as you have the strength to balance yourself and hold on to the handrails. Please note for pedal mode we need at least 6 of the twelve seats to be able to place both feet flat on both pedals to pedal. If you don't feel like pedaling or are unable to pedal for any circumstance you may sit on the back bench that can hold up to three individuals.
(21 years) and up for any tour that involves drinking alcohol at any of our participating partners locations. There are no exceptions. Must bring a valid ID.
Booking is completed online only at the “Book Now” tab/page on our website. Payment in full is due at the time of booking and is the only way to reserve your Ebird Express Tour. We don't hold or reserve any spots without full payment. Once management approves your tour, you will have 24 hours to confirm and pay.
During our tours, we ensure that you have ample time to explore and enjoy each location. We allocate a maximum of one hour on the Ebird and the rest of the time in between destinations, allowing you to relax and soak in the sights during the journey. The majority of the tour time is dedicated to immersing yourself in the unique experiences offered at our various locations. So whether it's discovering hidden gems, indulging in local cuisine, or engaging in exciting activities, you'll have plenty of time to make the most of your visit. Rest assured that we prioritize quality experiences at each stop, ensuring that your time spent at each location is well worth it.
Depends on the tour. For any of our tours that involve drinking alcohol you may pick and choose from any of our participating partners locations; Golden Rail Bar, PaperBack Brew Co, Brewyard Brewery, The Brandy, The Famous, The Glendale Tap, The Greyhound Bar and Grill, Dave's Bar, and Tavern on Brand. These establishments will provide food and drink specials for Ebird Express passengers. (Wristbands must be present)
If you happen to book the whole tour privately and you would rather "Create Your Own Route", with your own stops you may choose as any locations as you would like.
We don't have a storefront or physical location, our mobile Ebirds meet at predetermined locations. Most of the tours you will be getting picked up at 127 S. Brand blvd. Glendale, Ca 91204. (For the brunch Tour, if you are within a 2-mile radius of the Americana, We will pick you up from where you having brunch and drop you back off.) The Ebird Express will also pick you up from your residence or business if you are within a 2-mile radius of the Americana or if you want to get the party started you may choose for any of our participating partners locations to be picked up and dropped back off.
Absolutely! Gratuity and Tips are NOT included in the price of your tour. If you have a great time and your driver helped make your trip special... Please tip accordingly.
All Ebird Express tours go forward rain or shine, if it happens to rain, each Ebird will be equipped with rain flaps to protect you from getting wet.
Our cancelation policy , if you happen to cancel your booking , we allow you to rebook it with in one year of your original booking date. Sorry we do not offer refunds only REBOOKINGS.
